02     The Moment What happens after the lights come up

The night ends.
The relationship
is just starting.

The last set finishes. Thousands of people just chose to be at Cova Santa. They're still in it, ready to relive, share, return.

The afterglow is the channel.

Drop Highlight makes that channel one Cova Santa owns directly. A branded gallery after every night. The frames fans couldn't take themselves. A reason to come back, a reason to stay close.

01 /

A 48-hour window,
then the feed buries it.

Content lives on Cova Santa's socials for a few days, then disappears into the algorithm. The night that just happened, scrolled past by Wednesday.

02 /

A wristband
and a fading memory.

The most engaged crowd of the week leaves the cave with no keepsake from the night that was. Their self-captured footage scatters across camera rolls.

03 /

Untapped
commercial afterglow.

Merch, presale, sponsor, content. Most of it stops at the exit. The fans go home, the window narrows, the cycle restarts at the next announcement.

03     Three Pillars What the gallery delivers

Three pillars.
One gallery per night.

Pillar 01

The Gift

something real from the night

A branded gallery after every weekend. Fans see and take the shots they would never get themselves. Professional lens, the moments they missed because they were too busy enjoying them.

Emotional asset, retained forever
Pillar 02

The Audience

captured at peak intent

Captured at the point of highest emotional intent. Emails, behaviour, the moments fans choose to act on. All of it flows directly into Cova Santa's audience database, segmented by night and by concept.

Owned audience, ready to reach
Pillar 03

The Engine

the service pays for itself

Galleries become the vehicle for ticket pre-sales, partner activation, sponsor placement. Whatever the moment calls for. The window stays open long after the lights come up. The afterglow becomes the channel.

Commercial surface, per night
04     What It Looks Like The fan-facing gallery

What fans see.

A branded gallery page, sent to attendees the morning after the night. On Cova Santa's own domain.

05     Data Capture How the gallery becomes audience

Email is where the data lives.
The gallery is how you collect it.

Two acquisition channels feed every gallery. Cova Santa's existing reach drives traffic in: email to past attendees, social channels post the gallery link out. Both routes land fans on the same page, where the email gate does the capture. We package what comes in as a clean, structured CSV, ready for Cova Santa to import.

Option A

Email to view.

Fans enter an email to unlock the gallery. Highest possible data capture. Every visitor becomes a known fan. Every email lands in the structured CSV with capture context, ready to hand over.

Data capture Maximum
Option B

Email to download.

Gallery is open to browse. Fans enter an email only to download the shots and clips they want. Lower friction, still strong capture, leans on intent rather than gating.

Data capture Targeted
iii.
Seeded reach

Sent straight to everyone who bought a ticket.

Cova Santa already holds the data on confirmed attendees. The gallery gets pushed to that list the morning after the night. No new acquisition needed. The most engaged audience of the week, met where they already are.

Ticket platform CSV in, branded email out. Same workflow Cova Santa runs for any other event communication.

iv.
In-venue surface

And, in the cave, a printed QR.

A bonus surface for fans who didn't buy through Cova Santa directly. Guest list, plus-ones, walk-ins. The same gallery, scannable on the night. Useful where it lands, ignorable where it doesn\'t.

Entry Bar Dance floor Terrace Bathrooms Cloakroom Exit

One QR, themed to the build. Printed onto signage Cova Santa already prints. No new infrastructure.

v.
Private galleries

For the table, the artist, and anyone else who needs it.

A second mode, separate from the public gallery. Access by invite link, not email gate. Used for VIP tables, performing artists and their teams, sponsor partners, or any night that needs the content kept inside the room.

Same delivery, restricted access. Cova Santa controls who sees it, host or artist team controls who shares it.

The impact

Downloads continued more than six months after the final show, extending the event afterglow.

Cercle gained control over the type of content shared far and wide.

Every download tracked, unlocking audience intel for future programming.

Private galleries let artist teams review and approve quickly, with VIP gallery sharing built in.

Integrated store links turned the platform into a post-show revenue driver for merch and future tickets.

Next step: a short call to understand Cova Santa's objectives and tailor what a strategy could look like. Cost and projected ROI follow from there.
